• Coach transfer from hotel to exhibition venue - The appointed travel agent, Burnaby Solutions will provide daily 1-way scheduled coach transfer, hotels / Suntec for all hotels except Pan Pacific, Marina Mandarin, Mandarin Oriental, Conrad Centennial, Peninsula Excelsior and Carlton as these hotels are within walking distance to Suntec.
• Internet in-room access : Unless otherwise indicated, complimentary in room 24 hrs internet access for 1 device is provided by all the official hotels booked through Burnaby Solutions Pte Ltd.

Booking Terms & Conditions

• All credit card charges will be made by the merchant name of "BURNABY SOLUTIONS PTE LTD".
• Hotel reservations and arrangements are the sole responsibility of delegates / visitors/ exhibitors.
• Room reservations are confirmed with a ONE NIGHT NON REFUNDABLE ROOM DEPOSIT make payable to "BURNABY SOLUTIONS PTE LTD" followed by balance payment on and before 1 Aug 2012.

Cancellation / No Show Policy

• A cancellation charge equivalent to one night room charge is levied in the event of cancellation for each confirmed reservation.
• Any cancellation made on/after 1 Aug 2012 and after guest check-in is subject to FULL CANCELLATION CHARGE based on FULL LENGTH OF STAY as per original room reservation request.
• In the event of early departure or no show, the FULL LENGTH OF STAY based on original reservation at the time of booking is levied.
