The Asian Hospital Federation (AHF) is an international non-government organization, supported by members from 14 countries in Asia.  As the international body for hospital associations and hospitals in Asia, our goal is to facilitate benchmarking among hospitals and to coordinate activities of hospital associations and achieve the highest attainable standards of hospital management in the region.

The Association of Private Hospitals of Malaysia, commonly known as the APHM is an Association representing private hospitals in Malaysia.  It has been in existence since 1972 and currently has 113 members throughout Malaysia.  It is notable that all of the large hospitals are members of the APHM.

The Association is indeed the voice of the private hospital healthcare sector and works with the Ministry of Health Malaysia and other Ministries in ensuring on equitable provision of hospital services.  The APHM also plays an important role in its objective of helping to raise standards of medical care within the country.  It sits in the Malaysian Health Tourism Council and is also a founder member of the Malaysian Society for Quality in Health (MSQH).

APHM will be organizing the APHM International Healthcare  Conference and Exhibition 2012 on 17 - 19 July 2012 in Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre.  This annual event, held for the 20th year has the theme: "Re-Thinking, Re-Engaging, Retaining Human Capital, Re-Inventing Leadership". Association of Diagnostics Manufacturers of India

The main aim of the Association of Diagnostic Manufacturers of India is to provide a platform for the Indian IVD manufacturers so that they can voice their concerns and resolve issues. ADMI works to resolve difficulties faced by its members from time to time and initiates concerted actions for the welfare of its members and the Indian IVD industry, and to foster understanding of the IVD industry within its members and also among all stake holders both nationally and internationally. Through the combined efforts of its members, ADMI is committed to raise the standards of the IVD industry in India.

The Association of Medical Device Industry (Singapore) was incorporated in January 2011. AMDI serves as a key representative body for the medical device industry in Singapore. It aims to advocate good practices and promote high industry standards among the trade.

Federation of Medical Societies of Hong Kong

The Federation of Medical Societies of Hong Kong (FMSHK) strives to become the representative professional body dedicated to coordinate the activities of medical and health organizations in the HKSAR and to liaise with related professional societies worldwide. FMSHK endeavours to provide the leadership and mechanism whereby the activities of member societies can be coordinated to promote professional interests, achieve fraternity and to advance common ideals of the medical and health professions of Hong Kong.

FMSHK holds that the common interests of the medical and health professions as well as the individual interests of each member society are of paramount importance, and will strive to promote and defend them to the best of its abilities and resources.

Singapore Medical Association

Formed in 1959, the Singapore Medical Association (SMA) is the national medical organization representing the majority of medical practitioners in both the public and private sectors.

The objectives of the SMA are to promote the medical and allied sciences in Singapore; to maintain the honour and interests of the medical profession; to foster and preserve the unity and aim of purpose of the medical profession as a whole; to voice its opinion and to acquaint the Government and other relevant bodies with the policies and attitudes of the profession; to support a higher standard of medical ethics and conduct; to enlighten and direct public opinion on problems of health in Singapore; and to publish papers, journals and other materials in furtherance of these objectives.
