Dr. Chan Yew Weng is Emeritus Consultant (Anaesthesia) at Singapore General Hospital and Senior Consultant at Sengkang General Hospital. He previously served as Head of the Department of Anaesthesia & Surgical Intensive Care at SGH and was the inaugural Director of Special Projects and Innovation for the SingHealth Duke-NUS Academic Medical Centre. A Clinical Associate Professor at both NUS and Duke-NUS, his interests include medical device innovation, clinician education and collaborative healthcare research.

Dr. Daryl Tan obtained his medical degree from Duke-NUS Medical School in 2018 and completed his specialist training in Anaesthesiology with SingHealth in 2026. During residency, he served as Chief Resident, graduated from the SingHealth Residency Leadership Programme and received the 2025 CARES Excellence Award from the Singapore Society of Anaesthesiologists, recognising him as Singapore’s top senior anaesthesiology resident. Prior to medicine, he graduated with First Class Honours in Biomedical Engineering from the National University of Singapore and received the ICBME Gold Medal.

Dr. Ke Yuhe holds an MBBS and MMed (Anaesthesia) and is currently pursuing a PhD in Clinical and Translational Sciences at Duke-NUS as an A*STAR Scholar. Her research focuses on artificial intelligence, large language models and healthcare economics in perioperative medicine, with emphasis on clinical decision support, system efficiency and patient outcomes. She has authored more than 60 peer-reviewed publications in journals including Nature Communications, npj Digital Medicine, British Journal of Anaesthesia and JMIR.

Since joining Sengkang General Hospital in 2014, Mr. Teng Jyh Lei has led several pioneering automation initiatives, including Singapore’s largest fleet of Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs), the country’s first hospital Automated Storage and Retrieval System (ASRS), hospital-wide Real-Time Locating System (RTLS), RFID-enabled linen tracking and the deployment of the nation’s largest fleet of Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs). His work focuses on transforming hospital logistics through automation and robotics.
