Dealers are responsible for ensuring that all products comply with all applicable regulatory requirements in Singapore. All advertisements published in Singapore must adhere to the Singapore Code of Advertising Practice (SCAP) guidelines, which are issued and administrated by the Advertisement Standards Authority of Singapore (ASAS).
In addition, irradiating apparatus (e.g. laser devices) are regulated by the Radiation Protection & Nuclear Science Department (RPNSD) of the National Environment Agency (NEA). Please be advised that emails sent from other email addresses, are not affiliated with Medical Fair Asia or Messe Düsseldorf Asia.
We encourage all exhibitors to remain vigilant and exercise caution when receiving unsolicited emails or offers claiming to be associated with Medical Fair Asia. Scam emails targeting exhibitors of international trade exhibitions are unfortunately becoming increasingly common.
If you receive any suspicious email or are unsure of its authenticity, please contact us for verification before responding, sharing any information, or making any payment.

Notice on Unfair Selling Practices
It has come to our attention that International Fairs Directory / Housing Booking Service have approached our exhibitors and uses unfair selling practices with their misleading offer of directory / hotel booking services. These organisations have no connection with us or any of our events. We strongly advise our exhibitors to be vigilant against this and other similar organisations.
