Steps to purchase your ticket

Step 1

Register for the exhibition as a visitor or be an exhibitor

Register your visit on our event website or exhibit as an exhibitor at the show floor.

Once your visitor registration is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email containing your app access, which will then generate your e-badge.

Exhibitors will already receive your e-badge before the start of the event.

Where to Book Your Tickets

Head down to the Gardens by the Bay onsite ticketing counter.

Step 3

Show your physical or e-badge (Visitor and Exhibitor)

To enjoy an exclusive discount for Flower Dome tickets, please present your physical or e-badge at the counter before purchasing your tickets.

Gardens by the Bay - Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to the discount on Flower Dome admission offered to delegates of the stated event:

  • This promotion is valid for a limited time from 06 SEP 26 to 14 SEP 26 
  • This promotion is valid only for registered delegates of the event and during the specified validity period.
  • This promotion is valid only for direct purchases at on-site ticketing counters located at Gardens by the Bay.
  • Purchase is limited to 8 Standard admission tickets per transaction.
  • A valid delegate pass (sample to be provided by EO) must be presented at the point of purchase to enjoy the promotional offer.
  • Not valid in conjunction with other discounts, membership privileges, promotions or vouchers.
  • Re-entry is not allowed.
  • Admission tickets may not be resold or duplicated and may only be used on
  • Each ticket admits one (1) pax.
  • Admission tickets are not valid for special events that are priced separately.
  • Gardens by the Bay shall not be liable for any damage or loss you may incur in connection with your visit and/or use of the premises, whether arising from our negligence or otherwise.
  • Gardens by the Bay may, without prior notice and without refund or compensation or any liability, change the operating hours, close and/or restrict admission to the Flower Dome due to capacity, inclement weather, special events or other reasons.
  • Gardens by the Bay reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the promotion in the event of misuse, misrepresentation or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
