Complimentary Singapore Grab Travel Pass

  • Available only to eligible (Non-Singaporean) international travellers with a local phone number (using local country code). Singapore residents, domestic travellers and long-term residents are not eligible for the complimentary Travel Pass or associated promotional codes. 

A user may be considered a resident of a country if the user meets any of the following:

  • Has registered a Grab account using a local phone number (using local country code)
  • Has more Grab app engagement in that country than in other countries, as determined solely by Grab; or
  • Uses a local payment method.

Travel Pass Redemption Conditions 

  • The promo code is valid only for the Singapore Grab Travel Pass and can only be redeemed once you have physically arrived in Singapore.
  • The Singapore Grab Travel Pass must be redeemed via the Grab app. To redeem, open the Grab app and go to Account → Subscriptions → Singapore Travel Pass → Get Travel Pass, then enter your voucher promo code from the email confirmation. A registered Grab account with a valid payment method added is required to complete the redemption.
  • Complimentary Singapore Grab Travel Pass are reserved for eligible international travellers, subject to the eligibility criteria stated above. Grab reserves the sole and absolute discretion to determine eligibility and who qualifies as an “international traveller” for the purposes of this promotion.
  • Grab reserves the right to withdraw, amend or vary any part of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
