The PeriFlux 6000 Combined system is used to combat the effects of diabetes. The instrument measures blood flow in legs, feet, and toes and Is the only instrument that performs all tests recommended by the global Society for Vascular Surgery (SVS) in one instrument. SVS recommends the use of hemodynamic testing to grade wound extent, degree of Ischemia, and severity of the infection. PeriFlux 6000 performs all required hemodynamic tests for a predictable patient outcome including Ankle Pressure, ABI, Toe Pressure, TBI, PVR, tcpO2, and SPP as well as other additional tests like Finger Pressure. All tests can be performed in 20 minutes and include the thermostatic Laser Doppler technique for standardizing measurement results, thereby making them reliable, comparable, and reproducible.
